Duties for this position include:
This position is eligible for an approved Sign-on bonus of $800 in compliance with 101 KAR 2:034 Section 9(6).
Duties for this position include:
- Bakes, roast, broils and fries meat, fish and fowl for large groups of people.
- Mixes and cooks specialty dishes and delicate foods.
- Seasons foods by taste test and recipe.
- Maintains records of food used and supply on hand.
- Figures food cost and records on daily food cost sheet.
- Cleans and sanitizes work areas.
- Insures proper storage of food.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION:
NONE
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS:
One year of cooking experience in an institutional or large scale commercial setting.
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE:
Vocational training in food service will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION:
NONE
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.):
