This is a part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week). We offer a fixed-term contract of twelve months and 20hrs/week which could be increased to 38hrs/week during term break (confirmed by university)
Your responsibilities:
- Support core accounts payable processes, including invoice processing
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Business Units and Procurement teams
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day administrative activities within the team
- Contribute to projects focused on automation, process optimization, and digitalization
Your profile:
- Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with at least two semesters of studies left
- Strong interest in finance and accounting
- Nice to have: first user experience with SAP
- organized and meticulous working style paired with proactivity
- Flexible and adaptive to new tasks and challenges and
- outcome-orientated and willing to learn
- Team player with great communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. Additional European language skills are considered a plus
- Availability to work across four days per week is preferred
