Join our team as Controlling Professional (m/f/d) to support business decisions through meaningful financial insights, collaborate with colleagues across functions, and contribute to the success of our production organization. 

 

Influence and interact with different levels of the organization - in particular production - and support our Business Partners Production Controlling as well as local and regional managers in implementing and executing business operative and strategic targets by providing high-quality financial analysis and advice. 

 

 

This is a permanent, full-time position (38hrs/week) at our HQ in Einbeck. 

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:  

 

 

  • Cost Controlling: collection and analysis of production costs, development of standard costs, conduction of variance analysis and identification cost saving opportunities 

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: support the Business Partners Production Controlling with COGM calculation as well as the steering collection of production process details and insights 

  • Closings: calculation and analysis of COGS by crop for quarterly and year-end closings, support the inventory management process (limited scope) 

  • Master Data: maintenance of master data in accordance with established steering models 

  • Collaboration and Communication: collaborating with international production and finance & controlling colleagues to ensure cost control governance 

 

 

 

 

Profile: 

 

 

  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, agribusiness or comparable 

  • First professional experience in controlling and/ or finance – ideally in an international environment or having worked as an intern / working student in the field of controlling or finance 

  • Proven IT literacy in MS Excel - SAP R3, S4 Hana, Business Warehouse is an advantage  

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Structured, self-motivated and self-organized individual 

  • Able to drive goal achievements 

  • Committed team player 

  • Fluent in English; preferably a good command of German
