As an ambassador of the Kurt Geiger brand, I will maximise sales and profit through the effective management of Stock Movement throughout our store, I will effectively use Intranset and REX to ensure Stock File Accuracy and ensure targets are met.

Maintain back-of-house model store standards at all times

OPERATIONS

Support management team deliver an audit result of 0.3% or below by maintaining stock file accuracy through;

Full ownership of the Online fulfilment operation of Kurt Geiger within Brown Thomas, collecting Online orders each day, picking stock accurately, pair checking, ensuring complete accuracy, using REX to reflect what has been transferred to Online.

Liasing with Online team in relation to demand, cancellations or any potential abandonments due to faulty items, shop soiled or damaged. Reporting any issues with duplicate picks and changes needed with current thresholds.

Analysing Online refunds in store via daily sales batching to ensure all refunds are accurately aligned with the Kurt Geiger system.

Management of stock in/out of store through Intransit system

Action CVS orders to be delivered within 48 hours

Achieve Fulfilment target of 70% and above

Monitor stock on loan and stock holds

Support the effective management of odds, faulties and write-offs in store

Report any stock errors/issues to management in a timely manner

Manage customer click and collect orders and process in line with the company timeframe

Manage customer holds.

Achieve a stocktake result of 0.3% or less

  • Previous experience in a stock related role with a high st or premium brand
