Kurt Geiger’s Digital Team is a leading edge, multichannel, global, fully integrated function within the business. We have built an inclusive and diverse team that operates across 4 layers of the Business: Back End Systems and Engineering; Platforms; Marketing; Customer Service.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Team. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will work alongside the Digital Marketing Assistant to deliver the campaigns and analysis of paid digital marketing for our Kurt Geiger DTC Sites.

Requirements

  • Activation: Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms & markets.
  • Assisting in ownership of all Paid Media channels including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, Display & YouTube. Support the roll-out of promotional activity, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and sales activations.
  • Coordinate with the Trade, CRM and Content teams to align email, paid media, and organic content strategies.
  • Data, Reporting and Analysis
  • Monitor, track, and analyse site performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and customer engagement data.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations to enhance digital performance.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and provide data-driven insights for continuous optimisation.
  • Future planning, research & report findings to management and leadership.

The Person:

  • Data centric with a strength and preference towards data analysis.
  • Experience in a Digital/E-Commerce Marketing role within Brand or Agency.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, and Social Business Platforms preferable.
  • Managing and adhering to strict budgets and deadlines.
