Buscamos vendedores freelance con red propia
Qué es SharkTalents: reclutamos gerencias, direcciones y C-level
para empresas medianas de Panamá y LATAM. Filtramos con IA, entregamos
3-4 finalistas medidos en 5 dimensiones, con reporte comparativo.
Modelo comercial:
· Ticket promedio: $3,000 – $6,000 por búsqueda
· 10% de comisión sobre venta, pagada al recibir el cobro del cliente
· 100% comisión, sin salario base

✔ Material comercial
Buscamos vendedores con:
✔ Red construida en RRHH, HR directors o dueños de PYMES
✔ Experiencia previa en B2B con ciclos consultivos ($3K+ por transacción)
✔ Autonomía para manejar pipeline sin supervisión diaria
