About this role
This position is responsible for leading process engineering activities for ceramic manufacturing processes, including feedstock preparation, ceramic injection molding, debinding, sintering, and HIP processes. The successful candidate will drive yield improvement, process capability enhancement, quality control initiatives, and Six Sigma projects while supporting new product introduction and automation programs. The role requires close collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure stable and efficient production processes.
