About the CommunityUniversity Edge & Dickinson Lofts is a student-focused community in the heart of Greenville, North Carolina — the "Emerald City" — serving East Carolina University's 27,000+ students. Located steps from ECU's campus at 550 Pitt-Greene Connector, the community features fully furnished studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom floor plans, a private bathroom in every bedroom, a heated pool and sundeck, a clubhouse with fitness center and game room, and study space with a computer lab. We're one of the top choices in the Greenville student market — and the Leasing Agent is the face of it. If you love people, thrive on hitting goals, and want to be at the center of a high-energy pre-leasing season, this is your role.
The RoleAs a Leasing Agent, you're the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families — from the moment they inquire to the day they sign. You'll give tours, follow up on leads, close leases, and help drive the property to 100% occupancy on the academic-year calendar. This is a sales-and-service role built for someone outgoing, organized, and motivated by targets, with plenty of room to grow into leadership.
