Partnerships & Influencer Marketer
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 4-8 years of experience in influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing at a B2C company (ideally fintech or a regulated/high-trust industry like healthcare) who has a track record of driving measurable acquisition outcomes—not just impressions. You should be comfortable negotiating deals end-to-end, sourcing and managing creators independently, and operating with high autonomy in a lean, remote team. Bonus points if you've worked at a creative agency and built relationships with mid-tier/micro influencers, or have experience standing up a partnerships function from scratch.
What you'll do:
Own the influencer, creator, and affiliate partnerships channel end-to-end—sourcing, negotiating, and managing deals with accountability for CPA and acquisition volume outcomes
Turn creator relationships into performance media by securing whitelisting/Spark ad rights and feeding content into paid social accounts alongside the performance marketing team
Build and scale the partnership function from the ground up, creating deal templates, partner scorecards, standard usage-rights terms, and repeatable processes
Read and act on attribution and measurement data (promo codes, vanity URLs, holdouts) to reprice deals, cut underperformers, and double down on what works
Manage affiliate and performance partnerships across personal finance publishers, comparison sites, creators, and credit-building communities
Extend the brand through organic social presence, creator collabs, co-marketing, and earned-media placements—always with acquisition outcomes as the primary lens
Operate independently with minimal direction, identifying new channels, sourcing opportunities, and recommending strategies that drive growth
About the team & culture:
You'll be the 3rd marketing hire joining a growth marketer and a performance marketer at a ~30-person company that operates at Series C volume on a seed-stage team
This is a high-autonomy IC role reporting to the co-founder—no director/VP titles exist here, but compensation is generous and merit-based
Fully remote (US only, continental time zones), with ~3 in-person offsites per year
Work hard, play hard culture with high expectations, minimal red tape, and outsized impact
