Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager – Mobile Application to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience that drives user engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities:  Define the mobile product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.  Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.  Own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile features – from discovery through delivery and optimization.  Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.  Gather and prioritize feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to improve product performance.  Monitor key mobile KPIs (retention, engagement, app store ratings, crash rate, etc.) and implement strategies to improve them.  Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines.  Manage and optimize app releases, including beta testing and launch coordination. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.  6–12 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on mobile applications.  Proven track record of launching and managing successful mobile products.  Familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems, design guidelines, and development processes.  Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).  Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar.  Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.  User-centric mindset and attention to detail.
