Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager – Mobile Application to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver a best-in-class mobile experience that drives user engagement and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Define the mobile product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile features – from discovery through delivery and optimization. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions. Gather and prioritize feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to improve product performance. Monitor key mobile KPIs (retention, engagement, app store ratings, crash rate, etc.) and implement strategies to improve them. Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines. Manage and optimize app releases, including beta testing and launch coordination. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus. 6–12 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on mobile applications. Proven track record of launching and managing successful mobile products. Familiarity with iOS and Android ecosystems, design guidelines, and development processes. Experience with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello). Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Mixpanel, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. User-centric mindset and attention to detail.
