Product Operations Manager
About this role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager with several years of experience to be the operational backbone of our product and engineering teams. You are a heat-seeking missile for pain who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by the craft of making teams operate efficiently. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role designed for someone who can own sprint discipline, backlog management, and release coordination, allowing our teams to focus on what they do best: design, shipping, and strategy.
What will you be doing?
Run sprint planning with Product, Eng, and Design to ensure priorities are clear and ownership is unambiguous.
Own the product backlog as a living artifact, grooming tickets, maintaining prioritization, and ensuring context is clear.
Facilitate all sprint rituals, setting agendas, driving decisions, and ensuring outcomes are documented.
Manage the full release process, including QA coordination, release notes, and cross-organizational communication.
Oversee a team of support contractors, setting priorities and translating support signals into actionable tickets.
