Field Marketer
About this role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 1-5 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation at a B2B SaaS company who has a strong project management mindset and commercial acumen. You should be comfortable owning events end-to-end—from strategy to execution—and have a track record of turning conferences, executive dinners, and webinars into measurable pipeline. Bonus points if you've built a field marketing motion from scratch at an early-stage company or have experience marketing to technical/infrastructure buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Heads of Product).
What you'll do:
Own all events at Kombo end-to-end, including major industry conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, and webinars
Build Kombo's field marketing playbook from zero and turn it into a predictable, repeatable pipeline contributor
Work closely with the CEO, CRO, Head of Growth, and cross-functional teams to make Kombo visible, credible, and trusted in core markets
Translate revenue targets and the product roadmap into a cohesive go-to-market plan that includes conferences and events
Identify the highest-impact places to reach our ICP and create a repeatable playbook for how we show up (format, setup, booth design, follow-up)
Continuously improve event planning and execution processes as volume increases, building the motion for in-person enterprise touchpoints at scale
