We are looking for a communicative, open-minded, and proactive intern to join our Knowledge Management team. You will help improve the quality and accessibility of knowledge content, support knowledge authors, and contribute to initiatives that enhance knowledge sharing across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Support knowledge article authors in reviewing and updating the articles

  • Perform article quality checks. Verify templates, taxonomy, and meta tags.

  • Maintain knowledge base content and help prepare Knowledge Management newsletters.

  • Support Knowledge Management initiatives.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders.

Who you are

  • You are currently enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in any field.

  • You have strong written and verbal English skills (B2-C1).

  • You are interested in Knowledge Management, documentation, or IT Service Management.

  • You have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and (nice-to-have) ServiceNow.

  • You have an analytical, detail-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn.
