Working Student, People Team (d/f/m)
About this role
We´re seeking a Working Student (d/f/m), People Team to join our creative, diverse, passionate group of people in the Office in Berlin Charlottenburg to provide an ongoing support.
- Currently enrolled at a university in Berlin or Brandenburg with at least one year of studies remaining (Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology,ideally (Labour) Law).
- Basic knowledge of German labour law. Spanish labour law is a plus.
- First experience (1-2 years) in the relevant areas
- Business fluent in English and German.
- Strong employee focus, commitment to excellent service, accountability and ownership.
- Showcase a respectful and honest communication style and value diversity.
- Talent Acquisition: coordinate and actively support recruitment process, from job postings and candidate communication to complex interview coordination.
- Learning & Development coordination: Schedule and manage meeting slots for L&D sessions, including coordination of calendars and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
- People analytics: Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
- AI & process innovation: Explore AI-powered tools for analytics, reporting, and process optimization to improve People Team efficiency.
- HR Ops:
- Support People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Coordinate HR administration, including onboarding, contract management, employee changes, certificates, and HR systems maintenance.
- Contribute to process improvements by documenting and optimizing HR processes, templates, and operational guidelines while supporting day-to-day employee inquiries.
