About the role

When a partner integrates Klarna's products, someone has to turn scoping conversations and API documentation into something that actually goes live — and stays working. That's you. You'll work hands-on across the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and beyond, running multiple concurrent partner implementations at once. You'll be the person partners call when something breaks — troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and guiding them through APIs, payment processing, and the operational dependencies that come with both. You'll use AI tools to move faster through that work, not just to say you use them.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope, set delivery priorities, and make sure what ships meets Klarna's quality bar. And because you'll understand partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem better than almost anyone, you'll feed that back into how Klarna builds — its products, its integration frameworks, and how the team works.

What you'll do

• You'll run multiple concurrent partner implementations at once, from scoping through go-live.

• You'll use AI tools to move faster through delivery work, and push for their use across the team.

• You'll work with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and set delivery priorities.

• You'll hold implementations to Klarna's quality bar, not just "it works."

• You'll turn what you learn about partner systems and the payments ecosystem into concrete feedback that improves Klarna's products and integration frameworks.

Who you are

• You've spent 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery — in payments, fintech, or a related industry — running multi-stakeholder projects with a structured, analytical approach.

• You understand integrations, APIs, and system architectures well enough to troubleshoot them yourself.

• You use AI tools yourself, and you push for their use across the team when they make delivery faster or better.

• You move comfortably between technical discussions with engineering and commercial conversations with partners, and you can explain a technical problem clearly to both.

• You know your way around e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.

• You drive toward a solution without waiting to be told what the priority is.

• You have working proficiency in Swedish.
