Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
KLA is seeking a highly motivated Digital Rights Management (DRM) Administrator to manage and enhance the company's enterprise content protection ecosystem. This role is responsible for protecting KLA intellectual property, technical documentation, service procedures, AI-generated content, and knowledge assets through the administration of digital rights management technologies, primarily Seclore DRM. Responsibilities are based on the operational scope of KLA's DRM program, including DRM administration, incident management, reporting, integrations, and project initiatives.
This position combines enterprise application administration, cybersecurity, content governance, customer support, and systems integration, requiring close collaboration with IT, Security, Infrastructure, Product Divisions, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
DRM Platform Administration
- Administer and maintain the Seclore DRM environment, including Policy Server, Federation Console, and supporting infrastructure.
- Configure and manage DRM policies, security controls, permissions, access rights, and content protection settings.
- Monitor platform health, system availability, performance, and operational compliance.
- Support software upgrades, patching, and environment enhancements.
Access and Security Governance
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, content sharing rights, and reviewer access workflows.
- Register customers, fabs, authorized users, and access groups within DRM environments.
- Enforce content access controls, watermarking, copy restrictions, and printing restrictions.
- Support secure external collaboration while maintaining IP protection standards
Incident & Operational Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for DRM-related incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Investigate and resolve user, system, authentication, policy, and access issues.
- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Windows, Linux, and Application teams to resolve operational problems.
- Drive root-cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
Reporting & Compliance
- Generate weekly and monthly DRM operational reports.
- Produce DRM usage analytics and document activity reports
- Monitor unusual activity and security incidents and coordinate investigation efforts.
- Maintain audit readiness and support compliance requirements.
Enterprise Integrations
- Support enterprise DRM integrations across: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Customer Portal, and Document Servers.
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain operational procedures, installation guides, support documentation, and runbooks
- Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions.
Lead knowledge transfer activities and maintain operational continuity plans.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- 7-10 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, content management systems, security platforms, or information governance technologies.
- Experience administering access control, content protection, or identity management systems.
Technical Skills
- Digital Rights Management (DRM) platforms
- Seclore administration (highly desirable)
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- SharePoint Online and Teams administration
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Windows and Linux server environments
- REST APIs and application integrations
- Security operations and compliance management
- ITIL-based incident and problem management
