- Work Directly with the Owner, ad our Corporate team, receiving reliable support, clear definition of responsibilities and authority, while also playing a major role in this exciting service launch.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders from making virtual and in-person sales calls.
- Deliver presentations to showcase our fire and life safety solutions.
- Conduct on-site inspections to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop proposals outlining recommended solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Self-disciplined and conscientious business-to-business (B2B) sales professional, with a commitment to developing expertise in a specialized field.
- Driven to deliver work that meets established standards of accuracy and quality.
- Conservative and analytical, with respect for traditional organizational values.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fire and life safety or restaurant industry.
- Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to clients and prospects.
- Flexibility and adaptability in various work environments.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in B2B solution-based selling and/or fire and life safety.
- Technical knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment.
- Experience in commercial kitchens, facility services, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Safety Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops.
- Physically fit, capable of lifting more than 40 pounds and using A-frame ladders.
