About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Endpoint Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting endpoint management solutions, software deployment processes, and automation activities across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills, enabling them to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environments.
  • Manage software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues across Windows endpoints.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for automation and operational efficiency.
  • Support endpoint compliance, configuration management, and policy deployment.
  • Analyze incidents and problems related to endpoint management and software distribution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to understand requirements and implement solutions.
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technology adoption projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise endpoint management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
  • Experience with software packaging and software deployment processes.
  • Understand and create policies according Microsoft Windows
  • PowerShell scripting skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AVD
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot
  • Experience with endpoint security and compliance management
  • Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes
  • Experience working in an international environment
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications

Education

  • High school-level education or equivalent required.

English Requirement

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to participate confidently in meetings, customer discussions, and technical documentation activities conducted in English

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all software has the correct functionalities, tested and documented
  • Computer meets the security guidelines of KION IT
  • Analyse and monitor constantly whether all the software are legal and supported, be up to date on new legal requirements and upgrades / updates and ensure implementation.
  • Monitor and process incoming Incidents and Service Requests
  • Monitor Access Rights

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of software control and distribution
  • Knowledge of and experience in PowerShell, Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure Active Directory, Intune, MS AVD, MS SCCM
  • Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) certificate would be beneficial
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (German is a plus)
