Currently, we are looking for an experienced tax professional to join our tax team and support the organization in key tax, reporting and compliance processes.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • Preparing monthly tax calculations and annual CIT returns

  • Reporting current and deferred tax as part of the Group consolidation processes

  • Participating in projects and analyses related to Pillar 2 regulations

  • Analyzing and qualifying transactions from a tax perspective, in particular in the areas of CIT, VAT and WHT

  • Supporting the preparation of transfer pricing documentation in cooperation with external advisors

  • Reviewing and assessing business contracts from a tax perspective

  • Monitoring changes in tax law and tax rulings on an ongoing basis, and assessing their impact on the Company’s operations

  • Cooperating with external tax advisory firms

  • Creating and updating internal tax procedures, as well as verifying the compliance of accounting processes with applicable tax regulations

  • Participating in internal and external audits

  • Communicating with tax authorities

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in direct and polish taxes

  • You have experience in accounting and tax reporting for companies, preferably in an international environment

  • You're familiar with SAP, especially the FI module

  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office

  • You hold a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field

  • You're able to work independently, analyze data and make decisions

  • You communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders and are fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Demonstrates KION Core Values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Courage

Nice to have:

  • Practical knowledge of Power BI reporting

  • Ability to design, implement and maintain internal controls in the tax area

  • Proactive approach to process automation, continuous improvement and efficiency optimization
