Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, this role will establish a best-in-class digital marketing capability, balancing operational excellence with a strategic vision and roadmap.  

This role will focus on Kiniksa’ s first commercial product, ARCALYST® (rilonacept), as well as all corporate and clinical-stage programs with a disproportionate focus on ARCALYST®. This role will enable high-impact corporate, product, and disease communications across all digital and social channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners.

This role is based in our Lexington, MA office and requires employees to be onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Lead digital marketing execution planning and campaign builds, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with marketing objectives. 
  • Manage tagging solution and tagging operations for all digital marketing assets in collaboration with agency partners, including testing all creative / campaign rules prior to launch  
  • Own training and documentation for tactical development, including digital operations best practices and maintaining up-to-date documentation on all relevant systems and processes 
  • Lead select omnichannel capabilities projects, aligned to roadmap and commercial goals 
  • Support large scale marketing transformation projects, including coordination of cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Manage day-to-day operational requests for updates to social and other 3rdparty digital platforms 
  • Coordinate ingestion of new digital marketing data sets and support ongoing data management with IT and Commercial Operations 
  • Provide digital marketing insights based on agreed KPIs and business objectives

  • Drive end-to-end digital campaign execution, tagging strategy, quality assurance, and omnichannel initiatives that align marketing activities with commercial objectives.
  • Partner across Commercial, IT, Operations, and agency teams to execute marketing transformation initiatives, streamline processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions.
  • Manage digital platforms, marketing technologies, tagging operations, and data integrations to ensure accurate tracking, operational efficiency, and actionable insights.
  • Leverage KPI-driven performance analysis, develop best-practice documentation and training, and continuously enhance digital operations to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred 
  • 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing operations role, life sciences or other regulated industries preferred 
  • Omnichannel enablement experience preferred 
  • Marketing analytics and reporting experience 
  • Ambition to learn more about rare disease marketing  
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion 
  • Intense curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and a passion for problem solving 
  • Ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, sufficient to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including role responsibilities, experience/qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and external market benchmarks.

Pay Range
$175,000$195,000 USD
