About the team

The Field Marketing Manager, North America plays a key role in translating Kinaxis’ North America go-to-market strategy into integrated marketing programs that generate demand, deepen executive relationships, engage priority accounts and accelerate sales pipeline. 

Working closely with North America Sales leadership, Account Executives, Business Development and teams across Marketing, you will develop and execute targeted regional programs aligned to Kinaxis’ strategic accounts, industries and growth priorities. 

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for a marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will own major campaigns and regional initiatives, lead engagement planning for priority accounts and sales segments, and orchestrate executive, customer, partner and industry touchpoints that strengthen relationships and support business outcomes. 

The ideal candidate combines strong B2B field and demand generation experience with excellent project management, executive engagement and stakeholder management skills.

What you will do

Regional Field Marketing & Sales Alignment 

  • Partner closely with North America Sales leaders and Account Executives to translate regional business priorities into actionable marketing plans and programs. 
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing programs that support new-logo acquisition, strategic accounts, opportunity acceleration and customer growth. 
  • Build marketing plans for priority industries, territories, sales teams and target accounts based on business priorities and pipeline opportunity. 
  • Serve as a trusted marketing partner to Sales, bringing recommendations, market insights and new ideas to regional planning discussions. 
  • Maintain strong alignment between North America priorities and global marketing campaigns, messaging, content and go-to-market initiatives. 
  • Help prioritize regional marketing investments based on market opportunity, account potential and expected business impact. 

 

Integrated Campaigns & Demand Generation 

  • Own major North America campaigns and regional initiatives from planning through execution, measurement and optimization. 
  • Develop multi-touch programs incorporating digital campaigns, executive programs, events, webinars, content, targeted outreach and other channels. 
  • Adapt and activate global campaigns for North American audiences, priority industries and strategic accounts. 
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Communications and other teams to create coordinated buyer and executive engagement journeys. 
  • Identify opportunities to test new channels, formats and engagement approaches that improve reach and response among priority audiences. 
  • Ensure regional campaigns connect effectively with broader Kinaxis brand, demand and commercial objectives. 

 

Strategic Account & Executive Engagement 

  • Develop targeted engagement strategies for Kinaxis priority and strategic accounts in close partnership with Sales. 
  • Orchestrate coordinated executive engagement across multiple touchpoints, including executive forums, peer discussions, briefings, industry programs, customer interactions and curated experiences. 
  • Partner with Sales to identify key stakeholders, buying groups and relationship gaps within priority accounts and determine the most effective marketing-led engagement opportunities. 
  • Create programs that deepen relationships with senior decision-makers, strengthen Kinaxis’ relevance within strategic accounts and support opportunity progression. 
  • Bring together customers, partners, industry experts and Kinaxis executives where appropriate to create high-value conversations around business priorities and industry challenges. 
  • Connect regional events, executive programs, industry moments and customer experiences into a more deliberate relationship-development journey. 
  • Use account engagement signals, opportunity context and Sales feedback to determine next-best actions and inform future engagement. 
  • Connect executive and strategic-account engagement to measurable opportunity acceleration, pipeline development and long-term account growth. 

 

Executive, Customer & Industry Programs 

  • Develop and execute high-value executive experiences including roundtables, executive forums, dinners, workshops, peer exchanges and other relationship-building programs. 
  • Support Kinaxis participation in strategic industry conferences, third-party programs and regional market opportunities. 
  • Identify opportunities to engage senior prospects and customers around relevant industry topics, business challenges and thought leadership. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to identify and engage customer advocates, speakers and stories for regional programs. 
  • Build relationships with relevant industry communities, associations, influencers and thought leaders that can extend Kinaxis’ reach and credibility in North America. 
  • Activate customers and partners in regional programs where they enhance the audience experience, strengthen relationships and support business objectives. 
  • Work with Kinaxis executives and subject-matter experts to create meaningful executive-to-executive engagement opportunities. 

 

Program & Investment Management 

  • Manage regional programs, agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines and deliverables. 
  • Prioritize marketing investments based on strategic importance, pipeline potential, audience relevance and expected business impact. 
  • Maintain a high standard of execution across all regional programs and customer experiences. 
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure roles, timelines, communications and follow-up plans are clear. 
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while balancing short-term Sales needs with broader regional marketing priorities. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve program scalability, efficiency and consistency across North America. 

 

Measurement & Optimization 

  • Establish program goals and success measures aligned with demand, engagement, pipeline and opportunity progression. 
  • Monitor campaign, account and executive engagement performance and provide clear insights and recommendations to Sales and Marketing stakeholders. 
  • Use data and qualitative Sales feedback to optimize program mix, audience targeting, investment and follow-up. 
  • Ensure leads and meaningful engagement signals are captured, routed and followed up effectively in partnership with Sales and Business Development. 
  • Evaluate how marketing activity contributes to deeper account relationships, executive access, opportunity development and pipeline. 
  • Contribute to regional business reviews and planning discussions with clear reporting on marketing activity, results, pipeline influence and future priorities. 

 

What We Are Looking For 

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally including field marketing, demand generation, strategic account marketing, executive programs or integrated campaign management. 
  • Experience marketing enterprise technology, SaaS or complex B2B solutions; supply chain experience is an asset. 
  • Demonstrated experience partnering directly with enterprise Sales teams and translating commercial priorities into marketing programs. 
  • Proven ability to independently lead integrated campaigns and regional programs from strategy through execution and measurement. 
  • Experience developing engagement programs for strategic accounts and Director, VP and C-level audiences. 
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline development, opportunity acceleration and complex enterprise buying journeys. 
  • Experience designing or delivering executive forums, customer programs, industry events, webinars and third-party programs. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, vendors and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Analytical mindset and experience using campaign, engagement and pipeline data to evaluate performance and recommend improvements. 
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. 
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and partner teams. 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive programs forward in a highly matrixed environment. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving global organization with multiple priorities and stakeholders. 
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation and modern B2B marketing technologies; Salesforce and Marketo experience are assets. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Ability to travel within North America as required for regional programs and events.
