Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Associate- Data Entry with exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on numeric data entry. This role requires speed, accuracy, and organizational skills to ensure data integrity and smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume numeric data entry with speed and precision.
- Maintain accuracy in entering invoices, inventory counts, and other numeric records.
- Answer incoming calls, route them appropriately, and provide excellent customer service.
- Support general clerical and administrative tasks using established office procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members while also working independently.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong numeric data entry skills with proven accuracy and speed.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Information
This role pays $21 per hour
Monday-Friday full time role and is fully on-site.
