We are looking

For a Senior Online Reputation Specialist. If controlling the narrative across Google, AI search tools, Reddit, and beyond excites you, this opportunity might be just for you.

Get ready to

• Audit and influence how AI-powered tools like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Gemini characterise the brand

• Dive into Reddit threads, review platforms, and online communities to shape conversations and tackle misinformation head-on

• Build and grow a portfolio of high-authority digital assets, profiles, and content properties that strengthen brand credibility

• Lead digital PR campaigns, guest posting initiatives, and thought leadership placements that put the brand in the right rooms

• Evaluate and implement monitoring and automation tools that make reputation management smarter and more measurable

• Take ownership of tasks and initiatives
  

We expect you to

• Own the brand's online reputation end-to-end from search presence to community sentiment

• Develop content strategies that supply authoritative sources for search and AI engines while improving organic rankings

• Spot reputation risks early, move fast, and know when to escalate

• Partner with product and customer-facing teams to surface success stories and feed sentiment insights back into real business decisions

• Have curious and growth-oriented mindset towards constant learning

• Be fluent in English
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2 900 - 4000 EUR/month.

Location

Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile other city team members usually come to the Vilnius office 2–3 times per week.
