Get ready to
Manage Trustpilot, App Store and Google Play reviews by replying to feedback, requesting further information when necessary, and escalating serious complaints
Represent the brand on social media pages like Facebook and Instagram
Engage with users through ad comments, posts, and specialized community spaces
Solve queries from community members and provide thoughtful, timely support
Interact with users to understand their needs and challenges
Monitor customer feedback across platforms and report key insights to the team
We expect you to
Have experience in the Social Media or Customer Support field
Be able to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Be 100% customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be fluent in English — this is crucial
Be curious, creative, and eager to contribute to a growing team
Salary
Gross salary range is 1300 - 1600 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania - we follow a 4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model.
