Compensation: Starting wage + hotel service gratuities, adjusted based on experience.
Benefits: Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.
Job Summary
Guest experience is more important than ever. Become a member of the Team that is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of The Killington Grand Hotels’ public areas and corridors.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following
Work 2 dayshifts (7am-3pm) and 2 nightshifts (3pm-11pm) per week.
Clean furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc. in public areas such as lobby, pool, and public restrooms
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space and Preston's Restaurant Front of House
Maintain cleanliness of parking lot and outdoor areas
Assist with various housekeeping and maintenance duties as needed
Work interactively with the front desk to accommodate guest needs
QualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work 3rd shift / over night
Strong customer service skills
Prompt response to guest/ staff requests for service and assistance
Team player
Reliable transportation is necessary
