Kidco Construction is a Calgary-based, full-service construction solutions provider with over 35 years of experience. What began as a family-run earthworks business has grown into a trusted partner specializing in earthworks, underground utilities, material hauling, equipment hauling, and foundation excavation.
We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Skid Steer Operator to join our Foundation Excavation division. Our Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3+ years of experience operating a Skid Steer in confined spaces in residential subdivisions
- Experienced with basement excavation tasks on Skid Steer like backfilling, loaming, and loading trucks
- Ability to read and understand plot plans (considered an asset)
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license and a clean 3-year driver’s abstract
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds
