Based at our Dublin office based in the following location: The Hive, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 Y2C9, Ireland.
Please note that this is a fully office-based role, requiring attendance in the office five days per week.

The Office Manager is the point of contact for employees, visitors and vendors attending the Dublin head office. This role ensures that the office runs smoothly day to day – maintaining a professional, welcoming reception and supporting an organised, safe and engaging workplace environment that reflects the Keywords culture.
The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable and people-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over the office experience and can work on their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
· Monitor and manage office and studio supplies such as stationary, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, and consumables.
· Support in welcoming talent, clients, and colleagues to the office during visits.
· Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
· Maintain a positive work environment.
· Manage and restock drinks and snacks daily
· Providing support organising company engagement activities and events as needed.
· Organise contractors to keep the office clean, compliant and safe while ensuring facilities are in good working order and well maintained.
· Maintaining a professional relationship with vendors
· Responsible for Postage, Co-ordination of courier service providers, mailing, shipping, and billing.
· Enforcing health, safety and security procedures including emergency protocols
· Log and track facilities requests, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
· Book Transport and accommodation for visiting colleagues or talent.
· Miscellaneous admin support
· Being a key leader in the First aid and Fire Warden teams
· Oversee Ergonomic Assessments
· Budgeting & Financial Management
Must be proficient in English which is our primary business language in the officeMinimum 3 years' experience in an office/facilities environment role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to liaise professionally with all levels of the organisation
Proficiency in using Google and Microsoft Office packages
Proactive, dependable and adaptable – able to work independently and take initiative
Awareness of health, safety and security procedures in a corporate environment
First Aid & Fire Warden training an advantage
Salary range: EUR 46-50K gross per annum depending on experience
