Planning Representative

Responsibilities
- Manage supply and demand planning for assigned products.
- Monitor orders, backlog, inventory, material availability and supply risks.
- Work with suppliers/CMs and internal teams to resolve shortages and delivery issues.
- Maintain planning data and parameters in ERP/MRP systems.
- Support NPI activities, new product setup and ramp-up planning.
- Analyze planning issues and drive corrective actions.
- Prepare supply, inventory and backlog reports.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 3– 5years of experience in supply chain, material or production planning.
- Manufacturing/high-tech/electronics experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of supply/demand planning, MRP, inventory, MOQ and lead time.
- Good Excel and data analysis skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query or other data-analysis/automation tools is an advantage.
