Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering professional to launch their career in technical sales and account management with Keysight. In this role, you’ll combine your technical knowledge with business acumen to help customers solve complex challenges in wireless, AI, energy, internet infrastructure, aerospace & defense, and other key industries.

 

You’ll be coached by experienced sales professionals while building relationships with customers, learning our products and technologies, and contributing to Keysight’s growth in the Southern California market.

 

  • Support the sales team in maintaining and growing customer accounts in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and help identify solutions to both standard and non-standard challenges.
  • Learn how to manage opportunities, track customer engagements, and build a healthy sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with solution partners and internal experts to deliver innovative test and measurement solutions.
  • Continuously learn about new products, applications, and technologies to support customer conversations.
  • Contribute to building long-term customer relationships and increasing Keysight’s market presence.

 


Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with at least 5 years of experience
  • Passion for Technology & Sales: Strong interest in wireless, internet infrastructure, aerospace & defense, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and present ideas clearly.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Curiosity and proactive mindset to help customers find solutions to unique challenges.
  • Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn sales processes, develop technical knowledge, and grow into a customer-facing account manager role.
  • Must reside in Southern California and be a U.S. Person (due to customer requirements).
  • Limited overnight travel within Orange County and Los Angeles County territory.

California pay range: MIN $154,530.00; MIDPOINT $206,030.00 - MAX $257,540.00
