The Support Advisor reports to the Location Lead Advisor and plays a critical role in maximizing the Lead Advisor’s efficiency. This position supports daily operations while ensuring all activities adhere to established regulatory and compliance requirements.

What you’ll Do:

  •  Attend client meetings and take extensive notes
  •  Analyze client information, prepare reports and presentations, and manage reports in
  • portfolio management systems such as Albridge, eMoney, and Envestnet
  •  Answer basic investment and financial planning questions for clients
  •  Enter information into financial planning software (eMoney) and prepare draft plans
  •  Analyze asset allocation and generate rebalancing trades
  •  Research products, investment managers, services, and pricing; contact carriers for
  • information
  •  Create custom reports for analyzing purchase decisions or planning scenarios
  •  Interface with the broker-dealer or custodian to obtain information or account data and
  • convey service requests
  •  Maintain information related to duties in CRM
  •  Forward complaints to the compliance department and maintain records for auditing
  •  Maintain detailed records, communicate effectively with teams, and address compliance risks analytically
  •  Assist clients with online access
  •  Other duties as assigned by the Lead Advisor(s)

 

What You Bring: 

  • Series 7, Series 65 and Series 63 or Series 66, required
  • 2-5 years in a similar role and minimum of 3 years’ financial services industry experience is required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; positive, professional phone presence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Understanding of investment products and portfolio construction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • A forward-thinking, problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client and team needs.
  • Client-first attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

 

Internal Application Policy:

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
