The intern will be responsible in the following: Support Finance team in year-end audit, which includes drafting of financial statements and collating documents/information for auditors. Learning Outcomes: To develop a strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and investment evaluation Gain practical experience in the end-to-end acquisition processJOB REQUIREMENTS
1) Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint. 2) Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable. 3) Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentBUSINESS SEGMENT
