JOB DESCRIPTION
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: • Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials • Support basic research on clients, markets, and competitors • Help maintain a tracking list of BD opportunities and pitches • Support servicing of existing client accounts, including meeting preparation and follow ups • Assist in coordinating with internal teams on project-related tasks • Help organise documents, presentations, and project materials • Assist in tracking billables and costs for third party projects • Support simple project trackers and documentation for finance and reporting • Help ensure project records are organised and up to date • Assist in developing and updating service offerings and product materials • Support internal initiatives related to new ideas, tools, or frameworks • Assist with preparation of materials for government agency engagements • Support documentation and tracking for grants and capability development programmes Learning Outcomes: • Exposure to business development and consulting work in real estate services • Understanding of client servicing, pitching, and professional services delivery • Hands on experience in government collaboration and sustainability-related initiativesJOB REQUIREMENTS
• Undergraduate or postgraduate student • Interest in business, real estate, sustainability, or urban development • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic researchBUSINESS SEGMENT
