Key Accountabilities: 
• Accountable for ensuring proper documentation for all transport activities. These include permits, vehicle logs, and compliance records.
• Maintaining a clear, well-organized record keeping system for internal processes and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise administrative staff. This includes scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Partner with HR on the recruitment and integration of staff in transportation-related roles.
• Ensure staff comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Support in leading a customer-oriented culture where all staff ‘Think Like a Passenger’.
• Adheres to all local and federal (FTA) regulations and in accordance with Keolis and Agency policies.

Skills, Knowledge, & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or transport management.
• Experience in both Human Resources and Finance is desired
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, transportation management, or related field.
• Must be a resident of proposed business (or willing to relocate).
