Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Inspector to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Carrying out inspections of mechanical works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Monitoring installation activities related to HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
- Ensuring works are executed in compliance with quality, safety, and authority requirements.
- Conducting material inspections and review method statements and inspection requests.
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Preparing inspection reports, snag lists, and daily progress updates.
- Verifying, testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 9 years of professional experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Previous experience on villa, residential, or community development projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure-related mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards and authority regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
