Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Mechanical Inspector to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Carrying out inspections of mechanical works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
  • Monitoring installation activities related to HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
  • Ensuring works are executed in compliance with quality, safety, and authority requirements.
  • Conducting material inspections and review method statements and inspection requests.
  • Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
  • Preparing inspection reports, snag lists, and daily progress updates.
  • Verifying, testing and commissioning activities for mechanical systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 9 years of professional experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Previous experience on villa, residential, or community development projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and infrastructure-related mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi standards and authority regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
