Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Experience with industrial floor cleaning equipment and landscaping preferred.
Primary Functions:
- Responsible for maintaining a neat, clean, and safe environment in assigned facility. Tasks including, but not limited to, interior cleaning/sanitizing of walls, floors, windows, bathrooms, furniture, etc.
- Remove inside garbage, police grounds for trash, cigarette butts, etc.
- Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
- Landscaping and pressure washing.
- Floor care - strip, wax, buff, and carpet shampooing.
- Report any needed repairs on a maintenance request form.
- Participate in scheduled department meetings.
