- Average pay: $37/hour
- Top performers: $52+/hour
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Full-time | 5 days per week | Weekends required

Diesel Technician Responsibilities
- Service and repair all makes of Class 8 semi-trucks and trailers
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and document needed repairs accurately
- Complete repairs efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with Service Writers and other technicians
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with a skilled, team-driven shop to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
- Verifiable experience working on diesel trucks or heavy-duty equipment (required)
- Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, transmissions, and other truck systems
- Ownership of necessary mechanic tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality
- Desire to continue learning and growing professionally
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check, physical, and pre-employment & random drug tests
