Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for leading automotive manufacturing programs from launch through production. This role works closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage program timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to support successful product launches.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and action plans to customers and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience in automotive manufacturing.
  • Experience managing complex programs, budgets, and customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
