In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting production by ensuring paint materials are properly mixed, tracked, organized, and available when needed. Your work directly impacts product quality and helps keep our manufacturing process moving.

Shift Information

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:20 PM
  • Overtime available before or after shift as needed
  • $0.45/hour shift premium

What You'll Do

  • Verify paint specifications and maintain accurate mixing records
  • Monitor paint inventory and ensure adequate supplies of paint, catalysts, filters, and related materials
  • Report any out-of-spec materials to leadership or engineering
  • Operate, clean, and maintain paint guns, pumps, and related equipment
  • Flush systems during color changes and perform routine cleaning
  • Properly handle and dispose of paint waste while following environmental guidelines
  • Receive, scan, store, and manage inventory using FIFO processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe mixing room
  • Complete daily paint usage reports and required documentation
  • Support production activities, including assisting hand painters and changing filters when needed
  • Participate in safety programs, team meetings, and training activities

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Comfortable working around industrial equipment and paint-related materials
  • Basic computer or handheld scanner experience preferred
  • Dependable team player with a strong work ethic
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
