We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their bookkeeping career to grow within a fast-paced, hands-on finance function. You'll play a key role in day-to-day financial operations, with a strong focus on our accounts payable process and vendor payments through Mesh.

Responsibilities

  • Recording invoices and processing vendor payments primarily through Mesh.
  • Support vendor onboarding and maintain up-to-date vendor records.
  • Assist with bank account and credit card reconciliations.
  • Process and review employee expense reports including travel reports.
  • Assist in preparing VAT reports and supporting payments to authorities.
  • Support additional finance workstreams as needed (payroll assistance, corporate card reconciliation, inventory-related entries).

Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper – Level 1 or 2.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience (or strong internship/junior experience).
  • Familiarity with AP processes and payment platforms (experience with Mesh is a strong advantage).
  • Basic understanding of balance sheet structure and GL accounts.
  • Proficient in English (writing, reading, and speaking).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.

  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks and eager to build strong foundational bookkeeping skills.
