About this role

We’re looking for an engaging, organised and people‑focused Employee Benefits Consultant to join our expanding Client Management team. You’ll work closely with Client Managers at all levels to support and develop a portfolio of existing corporate clients—helping their employees understand and maximise their pension and wider benefits packages.

This role is ideal for someone with strong client‑facing experience who wants to build a career in employee benefits, pensions, and financial education.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a smaller portfolio of corporate clients, building strong long‑term relationships.
  • Deliver 1:1 consultations, group presentations, and employee engagement activities
  • Provide clear and accurate pension and benefits guidance to employees
  • Support with onboarding new clients and delivering corporate engagement projects
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, renewals, and cross‑selling into the wider Omny Group
  • Maintain excellent communication both remotely and in‑person
  • Assist senior colleagues with client strategies and operational delivery

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a customer‑facing role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to groups
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously
  • Educated to A‑level standard
  • Willingness to work towards QCF Level 4 qualification
  • Comfortable using MS Teams and delivering client sessions both virtually and in person

In return we are offering:

  • A competitive base salary of £40,000 plus bonus
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
  • 35-hour working week Monday – Friday
  • Holiday entitlement increases by 1 day per completed year of service from years 3 to 7, up to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays
    Birthday day off
  • Workplace pension scheme (5% employee contribution and 3% employer contribution)
  • Life Assurance (Death in Service) cover of 3x salary
  • Private Medical Insurance following successful completion of probation
  • Enhanced family-friendly benefits
  • Cycle to Work Scheme (subject to eligibility criteria)
  • Electric Vehicle Scheme (subject to eligibility criteria)
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a major Salesforce transformation project
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities
  • If you're excited by the idea of joining a growing consultancy where your success is recognised and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
