Senior .Net Developer

 

The Senior .Net developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable.NET Core microservices, REST APIs, and Azure-based backend services for an enterprise platform. This role is responsible for delivering secure, high-performance backend solutions and supporting production deployments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain .NET Core microservices and REST APIs.
  • Design and manage Azure SQL database schemas and data access layers.
  • Implement backend business logic, validation, and asynchronous messaging using Azure Service Bus.
  • Build secure APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
  • Participate in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
  • Support defect resolution, system integration testing, UAT, and production releases.

 

Required Skills

  • 5–8 years of backend development experience with at least 3 years in .NET Core and C#.
  • Strong experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure SQL, database design, and query optimization.
  • Experience with Azure Service Bus or similar messaging platforms.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based application development.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and security scanning tools (Veracode, SonarQube, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience building enterprise, ERP, or financial applications.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
  • Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems.
  • Azure cloud certification or equivalent hands-on Azure experience.
