工作内容：
- 开拓销售份额并提升顾客服务
- 确保店铺提供优质顾客服务
- 与区域经理合作，计划和完成销售目标
- 提供员工培训与发展计划
- 管理货存并保持准确货存记录
- 减低损耗量
- 确保所有人力资源记录准确按时完成
- 能辨别外部因素及发展趋势并根据变化作出策略性调整
- 确保店铺达到符合公司标准的服务环境
任职资格：
- 本科及以上学历
- 8年及以上零售经验，其中5年及以上的零售管理经验，任职于中高 端消费品牌尤佳
- 具备专业操守和杰出的领导才能
- 出色的协调组织能力和团队建设能力
- 出色的战略性思维和解决问题的能力
- 良好的英语沟通能力
