Position Summary:

 

The KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP) invites applications for a faculty position in ethics and leadership.We welcome candidates from any subfield of public administration and management including those with research interests that intersect with public policy, strategy and planning, conflict and change management, leadership and organizational development, social and political philosophy, ethics, or governance topics. The KSPP offers a highly competitive MPP program and executive education programs.

Responsibilities:

 

• The successful candidate must also have a strong theoretical orientation, excellent methodological skills, the ability to publish in highly ranked journals and academic presses, and the potential for effective teaching at the graduate level.
• Faculty members are required to teach courses related to their research field, contribute to courses in public sector management and leadership, supervise capstone projects and theses, and contribute to the overall academic environment of the School. 

 

Qualifications:

 

• The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in leadership, ethics, government, public administration, public policy, public affairs, government, political science, economics, or a related field.
