Job Description:
Work under Disability Service to provide peer academic coaching.
Assist students with revision of written work, as well as with methods of research.
Work may include a combination of in-person and virtual work shifts, and the scheduling of those meetings.
There may be periodic presentations to first-year students regarding writing tips during work shifts.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
Excellent writing skills, high liberal arts GPA (3.0)
Good interpersonal skills
Confident in writing/editing abilities
Able to give constructive criticism
Must provide two examples of academic writing to be considered
