Job Description

  • Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across all civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases, ensuring compliance with client specifications, KVI technical requirements and deliverables ,monitoring construction project progress, and controlling subcontractor costs.
  • Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities to ensure proper execution and adherence to project schedules.
  • Verify the compliance of materials delivered to site, as well as their proper storage and preservation, collecting delivery documentation, and coordinating with the logistics department.
  • Ensure site safety, acting as the responsible person on site and reporting safety performance (by KVI tools) and issues to management.
  • Proactively collaborate with PEMs and technical specialists to finalize site technical aspects.
  • Collaborate with the project team and technical departments, coordinating site quality control processes and providing regular construction discipline progress reports

Qualifications

  • Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects
  • Experienced in the coordination of contracts and subcontractors
  • Experienced in site-technical office role overseeing the completion of mechanical (BOP) and electrical activities.
  • Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations
  • Fluent English

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 50000 EUR/year

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
