Job Description
- Ensure the company meets all legal and regulatory requirements by developing and overseeing compliance programs.
- Administer compliance processes (e.g., Know Your Customer onboarding, whistleblowing hotline, investigations).
- Lead compliance training and awareness initiatives for staff.
- Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and report findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve compliance records, liaise with regulatory bodies, and update programs as needed.
Qualifications
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; compliance certification is a plus.
- 5+ years’ compliance experience, ideally in engineering, construction, or renewable energy.
- Fluent English required; German strongly preferred; other languages are an asset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
