Requirements

The Role 

As a Learning & Development Partner at Kaltura, you will play a key role in strengthening employee capabilities and driving learning engagement across the organization. You will partner closely with HRBPs, managers, and global teams to identify critical skill gaps, design impactful learning experiences, and embed on a culture of continuous development. 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and influence how learning is experienced, adopted, and measured across a global organization. 

Reports to: Senior Director of OD and HRBP 

The day-to-day: 

  • Partner with HRBPs and managers to diagnose skill gaps and translate business needs into targeted learning solutions 
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs (workshops, blended learning, and digital content) that drive participation and behavior change 
  • Facilitate training sessions and team development activities for diverse, global audiences 
  • Lead L&D initiatives end-to-end, including planning, communication, stakeholder alignment, and execution 
  • Maintain and optimize digital learning platforms and content to improve accessibility and user experience 
  • Track learning effectiveness, engagement, and impact; use data and feedback to continuously improve programs 

Ideally, we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field 
  • 3–4 years of experience in developing and facilitating learning processes 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with HR and business leaders 
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience working with global teams 
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure learning impact and iterate accordingly 

These would also be nice: 

  • Experience working with LMS or digital learning platforms 
  • Background in organizational development, learning design, or behavioral methods 
  • Experience supporting global or cross-cultural teams
