About this role

Job Description:

  • College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain)

  • Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred

  • Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting

  • Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis

  • Supports Kaleris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers

  • Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements

  • Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation

  • Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution

  • Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets

  • Eagerness to learn Kaleris SCE products and relevant business processes rapidly

  • Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers

  • Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers

  • Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base

  • Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus

  • Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members

  • Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings

  • Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity
