Security Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage multi-location security teams through service partners
- Ensure effective delivery of guarding, access control, traffic, and material movement
- Drive SLA compliance, governance, and discipline across sites
Intelligence & Vigilance
- Establish intelligence networks and provide actionable threat insights
- Lead vigilance, investigations, and fraud/misconduct prevention
- Proactively identify and mitigate emerging risks
Security Systems & Automation
- Oversee CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems
- Drive automation and digital security solutions (command center/central monitoring)
- Ensure effective incident monitoring and response mechanisms
Risk, Compliance & Audits
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure statutory, legal, and safety compliance
- Lead security audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder & Crisis Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders for security alignment
- Lead incident response, crisis management, and reporting
Vendor & Cost Management
- Manage service partners and security system vendors
- Monitor budgets, billing, and cost optimization
Training & External Liaison
- Drive training, drills, and capability building for teams
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency authorities
