Job Description
- Review and verify MEP contractor, Consultant invoices and advances for accuracy and completeness.
- Must have strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction contracts and billing processes.
- Verify measurements and quantities with reference to the actual work done at the site and manage MEP contract specifications.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of MEP billing invoices and advances, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct on-site physical verification of completed works.
- Develop and implement billing strategies basis reconciliation and minimize disputes.
- Ensure all billing activities comply with relevant regulations and standards of all services.
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures related to billing and invoicing.
- Must have proficiency in SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, communication and other relevant software skills.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes to increase productivity and precision.
- Provide regular billing and payment reports for management, highlighting issues and any improvement areas.
